Making your experience a pleasant one. For any day package service or special occasion service, please come 15 minutes early to allow for check in time. To ensure that you get an appointment when you want and with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next service prior to leaving the salon. All spa treatments and wedding party service require a credit card hold the appointment. If a cancellation or date change is necessary, we require 24 hour notice. If you are canceling a package, we require 48 hours notice. All times are approximate. Services may be adjusted to meet clients' needs. |

Gratuity

The customary gratuity for all spa and salon services is 15%. Gift certificates for package days do not include gratuities. Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. |

We request that you disclose any medical condition and/or prescription medications you are taking as some service may be contraindicating.
In our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize equipment for all services and treatments.
Because we are concerned about your health and beauty, as well as your environment, our salon and spa are smoke free.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to any personal property. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointments. For the protection of your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robe provided for treatments.
